What we collect
To carry out a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off details, travel date and time, passenger and luggage numbers, and anything you write in the notes field. If you give us a flight number we use it to track your arrival.
Why we may process it
We process this data to perform the transport contract you asked for, to meet our legal obligations such as keeping accounting records, and where we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.
Who else sees it
The driver assigned to your journey receives what they need to collect you: your name, the pick-up details and your phone number. Our email provider transmits confirmation messages. Where the site is hosted or serviced by other providers, they process data on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as the law requires us to keep accounting documents. Requests that do not turn into a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and measurement
The site sets only what it needs to work unless you consent to more. Measurement scripts load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
