The terms that apply to every booking made through this site.

What we provide
We provide private passenger transfers by road. Each booking hires the whole vehicle for the journey described in your confirmation. We are not an airline, a travel agency, or a package holiday organiser.
Booking and confirmation
A booking becomes binding when we send you a written confirmation with a booking reference. Until then the request is not accepted. Please check the confirmation and tell us at once if anything is wrong.
Prices
The price shown at the time of booking is fixed for the journey as described. It covers the whole vehicle and includes taxes and fees. Traffic and reasonable waiting do not change it. Extra stops, a changed destination, additional passengers or luggage beyond the vehicle's capacity may change the price; we tell you before we charge anything.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed at booking and stated in your confirmation.
Waiting time
For airport pick-ups the included free waiting time starts at the actual landing time, not the scheduled one. For all other pick-ups it starts at the agreed time. Waiting beyond the included period may be charged.
Changes and cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to the period stated in your confirmation. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged. Ask us about changes as early as you can and we will do what we can.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate pick-up details, a reachable phone number, and the correct number of passengers and luggage. Passengers must wear seat belts and follow the driver's safety instructions. The driver may refuse carriage where safety or the law requires it.
Luggage
Carry only luggage that fits the vehicle you booked. Tell us in advance about oversized items such as skis, bicycles or wheelchairs so we can send a suitable vehicle.
If something goes wrong
If we cannot provide the journey we will tell you as soon as we know and offer a replacement or a refund of what you paid for that journey. Our liability is limited to what the applicable law allows; we do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Write to [email protected] with your booking reference. We answer every complaint.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at, and that is where disputes are heard, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to another forum.
